The Alternative Board® (TAB) brings business owners, CEOs and presidents of non-competing businesses together to discuss challenges and opportunities. Board members exchange ideas and practical advice with other experienced business owners who have the ability and the interest to contribute meaningful solutions. Each board consist of up to 10 members and meets monthly under the guidance of a TAB-Certified Facilitator. More than 300 TAB Boards convene each month across the United States, Canada and South America.

Since its inception TAB has facilitated more than 1,000 boards with more than 9,000 business leaders – more than 720 of those in the Chicago area alone. TAB Chicago’s board facilitators each bring more than 25 years of executive management and business experience to the table including running angel and venture backed startups, working with large corporations, and with many small and mid-sized organizations as well.
