Bruce Caris – West Suburban

Bruce Caris spent over 25 years managing companies from start-ups to over $175 million in revenues. He has been responsible for all aspects of company functions through both good and bad times and has brought that knowledge and skill set to work directly with business owners in helping them be more successful.

Bruce has successfully managed companies through a spin-off, post-merger consolidations, a start-up, and various potential merger candidate evaluations. In each of these positions the common thread has been a company that needed, or had just gone through, major organizational change. Bruce’s role has been to identify the needed changes, implement them and then live with his decisions. In these roles he has successfully managed all functions of a business.

As a business owner and coach, Bruce has spent more than 13 years working directly with over 100 business owners. Bruce’s coaching clients are owners of companies in a wide variety of industries, including service, manufacturing, construction, sales and distribution, IT, etc. Bruce has found the keys to helping business owners be more successful is by helping them make better decisions, being held accountable for taking focused action and making sure they have the right people in the right positions.

Through The Alternative Board (TAB Chicago)and The Euclid Group, Bruce has implemented these precepts to help business owners; successfully respond to major issues of strategic focus, selling a company, succession planning, marketing and sales strategies and management team development.

Bruce holds an MBA from the University of Chicago
